Monrovia -‎The Center for National Documents and Records Agency (CNDRA) has honored three of its employees with a token of appreciation for their dedication and outstanding performances in 2025.

Those honored are Mr. John Zubah, Ma-Winifred Kermue, and Mr. Momo Jones, all cleaners from the Maintenance Department of the agency.

Speaking Friday during the award ceremony held in the Clar Marie Weah Events Hall at the CNDRA Office in Monrovia, Deputy Director General for Administration Mr. Gabriel N. Domah said the recognition came as a result of their dedication, outstanding services, diligence, self-control, and consideration for their coworkers’.

According to him, the leadership of the National Archives, in its wisdom, decided to motivate those individuals to do more and called on them to stay the course for what they are honored, despite the many constraints they go through daily.

DG Domah admonishes other Archives employees to follow the good example of the award recipients and work in the best interest of the agency.

Speaking on behalf of the awardees, Momo Jones thanked the administration for the recognition and promised to always work with commitment, dignity, and integrity.

Mr. Jones noted that the award came as a surprise, something he said will go a long way for them and their families.

The Center for National Documents and Records Agency (CNDRA), established in 1977 as an autonomous bureau, provides statutory marriage certificates and acts as the National Central Repository for government records.

Its functions include legal instrument registration searches, issuing certified copies of missing records, and managing archival and library services.

Additionally, CNDRA oversees public records removal, preserves historical films, offers training for record management, proposes service fees, and forms partnerships with local and international entities.
