The Communication Director of the Liberia National Red Cross Society has challenged young people across the country to be innovative and venture into technology for life-changing opportunities.‎‎

Speaking on a local radio in Gbarnga, Bong County, Mr. Oniel Bestman disclosed that the world is digitalized and it is imperative for young people in Liberia to focus and build interest in it.‎‎

The Red Cross Communication Specialist noted that the key to unlocking life-changing opportunities for Liberian youths in the 21st century is technology stressing the urgent need to revamp and develop the mind.‎‎

He explained that many young people in Liberia are not prepared for the challenges ahead technology wise which according to him could endanger their future and the country as a whole.‎‎

Director Bestman stated that young people should set their goals and endeavors not a complex mind of negativity but a renowned mindset for positive change that will pave a path for good governance nationwide.

‎‎”Setting goals early in life and breaking barriers can pave the way for a successful future, even in challenging economic times. Nowadays , the world is televised through technology. Ensure you have a little knowledge of it.” He added.

‎‎Mr. Bestman narrated that the economic system in the country is challenging, but young people should break barriers and make life-changing decisions through venturing into technology and other internet channels to better the livinglihood of one family and the state.

‎‎He called on the national government to be more robust investing in technology something he believes has the tendency of changing and taking off the street the already damaged two-thirds of the young people.‎
