Students and administrators at the JWA Richard High School in Louisiana Township were beaming with joy when a three-classroom project was dedicated by Township Commissioner Moses K. White. Police in Central Careysburg have charged and sent to court for suspects Francis Kuah, 19 and his uncle Fayiah Sekou, 21. Francis Kuah is a 12 grader at Central Careysburg High School.
