‎-RIA Boss Tells Christian University Graduates

‎The Manager of the Roberts International Airport has told students that hope turns obstacles into opportunities in a changing world.‎

Mr. James K. Mulbah said the world does not need graduates who are only skilled. It needs graduates who are hope-driven problem solvers.‎

Mr. Mulbah was speaking Saturday when he served as guest speaker at the 5th graduating class of Christian University College in Paynesville.

‎He told the Alpha Class of 2025 that they were going into a world that is complex and fast-changing.

Technology is evolving rapidly.‎ “Global challenges demand innovative solutions. Social, economic, and environmental issues require leadership grounded in integrity and compassion” he told the graduates.‎

He furthered that in such a world, hope is not optional, it is essential adding that drives innovation, inspires leadership.‎

The RIA boss told the students that they need principles that will help them achieve as they move in the changing world.‎

Some of the principles according to him are for them to carry hope as their anchor indicating that life will not always follow their plans.‎

“There will be delays, disappointments, and detours. When that happens, let hope anchor you. Remember that setbacks are not failures; they are lessons preparing you for greater purpose” he said.‎

Additionally, he told them to embrace new beginnings with courage without fear.‎“Do not fear unfamiliar territory. Growth often begins where comfort ends. Every successful leader once stood where you stand today, uncertain, but willing” he intoned.

‎The RIA boss also encouraged the students to use their education by adding that true success is not measured by personal gain alone, but by the impact one makes.‎

“Let your education uplift others. Let your achievements open doors for those coming behind you” he said.‎

He furthered, “You are the teachers who will educate minds. The engineers who will build solutions. The healthcare professionals who will heal lives. The leaders who will inspire change. Carry hope into every space you enter. Let your beginnings be rooted in purpose, integrity, and resilience.”‎
