ArcelorMittal Liberia has announced the Kickoff of two medical outreach activities today in Gbapa and Bonla, District Three, Nimba County.
According to information posted on the institution’s official social media handle, AML said the health outreach is collaboration with the Nimba County Health Team.
AML said the outreach is providing free medical services including general consultations, treatment of common illnesses, maternal and child health services, basic health screenings, health education, and referrals for cases requiring advanced care.
“This initiative is intended to improve access to healthcare, encourage early diagnosis, and support the overall health and well-being of community members” the institution said.
ArcelorMittal Liberia said it remains committed to improving healthcare services in the communities where they operate.
“Through strong partnerships with local health authorities, we continue to support initiatives that promote healthier and stronger communities” AML furthered stating, “Together, we are making a difference for the people of Nimba County.”
