Monrovia-SamDell Digital Network, a smart digital solutions company, has introduced a digital school management system designed to improve the administration and monitoring of schools.
In an interview, a member of the company’s management team, Dawain U. Bedell said the SamDell School Management System provides schools with complete control and real-time insights, enabling administrators to manage academic, administrative, and financial operations with greater efficiency.
According to Bedell, the platform is designed with user-friendly portals for school administrators, teachers, students, and parents, ensuring that every stakeholder can easily access the information they need.

“The administrator portal provides school leaders with a centralized platform to oversee all academic, administrative, and financial operations,”Bedell said.
He explained that the system offers real-time reporting and analytics to support informed decision-making and efficient school management. Key features include monitoring student enrollment, attendance, and academic performance, managing teachers, staff, classes, and departments, tracking school fee collections and outstanding balances, and generating academic, financial, and administrative reports.
Bedell noted that the administrator portal improves overall school management while enhancing transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.
Speaking about the student portal, he said it gives students instant access to their academic and personal school information from anywhere using computers, tablets, or smartphones.
“The portal keeps students connected to their academic activities by allowing them to view examination results and report cards, access assignments, quizzes, projects, and learning materials, and check class and examination timetables,” he explained.
Bedell added that the teachers’ portal enables educators to manage classroom activities more effectively, monitor student performance, and communicate with students and school administrators.
According to him, the platform allows teachers to record student attendance, upload assignments, quizzes, tests, projects, and classwork, while simplifying daily teaching responsibilities and improving productivity and collaboration.
To encourage adoption of the system, Bedell announced that SamDell Digital Network is offering free access to the platform for interested schools during the 2026–2027 academic year.
“For the 2026–2027 school year, we are providing free services to schools that have shown interest in our program,” he said.
He explained that participating schools will only be required to pay a minimal fee to train administrators on how to effectively use the system.
Bedell also emphasized the platform’s benefits for parents, noting that many are unable to closely monitor their children’s academic progress because of their busy schedules.
“With this platform, parents can conveniently access their children’s school activities and academic progress at the tap of their fingers,” he said.
The SamDell School Management System is expected to help schools embrace digital transformation by improving communication among administrators, teachers, students, and parents while streamlining school operations.
“Schools are showing interest. We are very hopeful that schools that want transparency in their schools will definitely see this as an opportunity” he said.
