Virginia, Rural Montserrado-The founder of a christian based organization, Fountain of Living Waters Foundation, Sandra Capehart is giving back to her roots through her establishment.
Madam Capehart, who is on vacation in Liberia was seen Saturday in Central Virginia, Rural Montserrado County distributing clothes, beddings and footwear with residents of the community.
Making the presentation on behalf of the Foundation, CEO Capehart recounted her days in the Virginia community as a kid and the challenges faced by school going kids then, something she said moved her to reach out to them.
She thanked the residents for keeping the spirit of Central Virginia alive and promised to make additional donations in time to come.
Fountain of Living Waters Foundation was established in 2023 in Delaware, USA to help less fortunate and school going kids.
Today’s donation is an addition to the foundation’s previous humanitarian gestures in Liberia since its founding.
The foundation has touched lives in Caldwell , Royesville, Louisiana, Noah’s Ark High School and now Central Virginia.
Speaking on behalf of recipients, Sekou Massalay thanked Madam Capehart and her organization for such a gesture describing it as a true meaning of remembering one’s roots.
He however called on fellow residents of Virginia to emulate the good example of Madam Capehart and the Fountain of Living Waters Foundation.
