— Cape Mount Sports Steering Chair Urges Players Ahead of NCSM

The 2025/2026 National County Sports Meet is heating up as counties have already gone into camp with just 10 days into the competition.
The National County Sports Meet is Liberia’s most traditional festival that is highly celebrated by the over four millions population both in and out of the country.
As part of preparation leading to the league, the Chairperson of the Grand Cape Mount County Sports Steering Committee Emmanuel Tamba is urging players to muster the courage with a positive mindset, a strong unity and a renowned belief ahead of the National County Sports Meet.
Chairman Tamba believes with a sacred responsibility given him to lead this year’s county meet committee, he engulfed strength and sees greater performance that will bring pride to the people of Grand Cape Mount County.
Emmanuel Tamba stressed that while it is true that no leadership journey comes without challenges, true leadership is not measured by the absence of obstacles; it is defined by the courage to confront them and transform them into opportunities for growth and progress that are endovnous.
Chairman Tamba maintained “No leadership journey comes without challenges. This is the commitment I carry in my heart, and I assure you that I will deliver.”
He vowed to deliver on tangible and give the county the deserving outcome noting that with confidence, focused mind, the task ahead will be of good one.
”As Chairman of the Steering Committee, I have been entrusted with a sacred responsibility to lead this committee with strength to bring pride to our beloved county. Our mission is clear; to deliver for the people of Cape Mount. And with your support, your prayers, and your encouragement, we will achieve it.” Chairman Emmanuel Tamba noted.
Meanwhile, the Grand Cape Mount County Sports Steering Committee Chair has sent a straight message to opposing teams adding that the team’s trip to Bassa, is surrounded with a positive mindset, strong unity, and a renewed belief of collecting points to bounce at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Pitch in Paynesville.
He is confident, focused and ready to represent Cape Mount with excellence and achieve positivity.Grand Cape Mount County is paired in Group C with host Grand Bassa County, defending champions Lofa County and Southeast side Grand Gedeh County.
The tournament is expected to officially kickoff in Harper City, Maryland County on December 13, 2025 and will continue at three additional venues across the country on December 14, 2025.
