— CB Dunbar Administrator Urges Graduates

Gbarnga -The United Bong County Association in the Americas (UBCAA), a conglomeration of Bongese residing in the United States has sent out 180 young boys and girls in computer literacy programs.
Taking place at the Gbarnga Multipurpose Women’s Center in Gbarnga City on Thursday, November 27, 2025, the milestone graduation marks the 6th Cohort since the establishment of the institution and brought together stakeholders, permanent citizens, the media as well as family members to celebrate the achievement of the graduates.
With an advanced certificate in the Computer Training Program, the graduates completed an intensive three-month hands-on training program in computer skills, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in today’s technology-driven world.
Mr. Enoch Kermue Darwolo Morris Sr., Administrator of the CB Dunbar Maternity Hospital, delivered an inspiring address urging graduates to remain committed and respectful in their newfound knowledge of computer skills.
Mr. Darwolo Morris however encouraged the over 150 young boys and girls to use their skills to make a positive impact in their communities and the society as a whole.
The Administrator of the CB Dunbar Maternity Hospital emphasized the importance of integrity, hard-work, and dedication in achieving success despite challenges will rise along but cautioned them to persevere and remain determined.
”The skills you have acquired through this program are not just tools for personal gain, but also instruments for positive change in your communities,” Mr. Morris added.
He further “to you the graduates, stay focused, motivated, and committed to your goals, utilize these skills to make a difference that will change the narrative and dynamic in our society “.
Also speaking at the occasion, UBCAA Board Member Dr. Gbarbea, urged Bong County citizens to unite for development stressing that there can be no development in the midst of chaos.
Dr. Gbarbea then called on members of the Bong Legislative Caucus to forge development instead of propaganda.
Meanwhile, Margaret Weah, UBCAA’s Country Director thanked the leadership of President Caimon Joe Kollie for being sensitive to the plights of the ordinary Bongese.
The UBCAA’s Free Computer Training Program demonstrates the organization’s commitment to empowering its members and the wider community with essential skills in computer technology, enhancing their employability and socio-economic prospects.
