Tangier, Morocco -President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr., was yesterday honored with the esteemed Grand Prix Award at the 17th edition of the MEDays Forum held in Tangier, Morocco.โโ
The award, one of the Forumโs highest distinctions, recognized President Boakaiโs leadership, visionary governance, and his advocacy for Africaโs advancement in global affairs. โโ
Presented under the auspices of the Amadeus Institute, the Grand Prix celebrates individuals whose contributions significantly shape political stability, development, and cooperation within the Global South.โโ
During the ceremony at the Palais des Arts et de la Culture, organizers commended President Boakai for championing democratic values, regional collaboration, and sustainable development, as well as for his efforts to position Africa as a key contributor in global decision-making.
