The Deputy Civil Service Agency Director General for Administration and Finance, Dahnu Mianyen has termed as effective modernization of the civil service ongoing training organized for government Human Resource Officers.
The training is meant to strengthen institutional capacity for efficient and accountable public service delivery.
Speaking during the opening of the LPA Onboarding program training Wednesday, Deputy Director General for Administration and Finance, Dahnu Mianyen noted that the automation replaces the former paper-based manual process with a secure, transparent, and technology-driven platform that ensures fair and lawful payroll deductions for civil servants.
He furthered narrated that the training represents not just the deployment of technology, but a reaffirmation of the shared commitment to good governance, accountability, and service excellence.
Dahnu Mianyen noted that the session focuses on deepening the collective understanding of the Automated Legal Power of Attorney (LPA) System, a flagship welfare initiative of the Government of Liberia implemented under the Civil Service Reform Program.
He said, the CSA continues to drive reforms that align with the Government’s ARREST Agenda for Inclusive Development (AAID).
Mr. Mianyen also added that the training represents not just the deployment of technology, but a reaffirmation of the CSA’s shared commitment to good governance, accountability, and service excellence.
