The former acting Director-General of the Bureau of States Enterprises Varlee Sanor is urging employees of the entity to put aside factional blocs, perceptions, divisions, and sentiments, and embrace the true spirit of teamwork. 

‎According to him, the BSE cannot thrive under such division something he said can only undermine the entity and brings to public disrepute.

‎Speaking during the turnover ceremony Wednesday, Mr. Sanor noted that with every staff including senior management can demonstrate a true patriotism, the entity will explore greatness.

‎Outgoing Director-General at the same time echoed replacing suspicion with professionalism adding that it serves one government, one institution.

‎”Today, I stand before you with a heart filled with gratitude, humility, and hope as I formally bid farewell in my capacity as Former Acting Director General and Deputy Director General for Administration and Finance of this noble institution. My message today is one of peace, unity, and collective purpose.” Varlee Sanor maintained.

‎Former DG stressed that the Bureau of States Enterprises has the strength, resilience, and brilliance embedded within the workforce thus encouraging teammates to persuade consistency.

‎He noted “As I transition, I want to leave behind not just records and documents, but a message- -a call for unity and togetherness that will strengthen the foundation of this institution. To our Incoming Director General, Mr. Theodore Momo, I respectfully appeal to you to lead with balance, fairness, and inclusiveness. I urge you to play what I call a “twin-mother role” among your deputies impartial, nurturing, and supportive ensuring each deputy is given the opportunity to perform under your guidance and supervision.”

‎Meanwhile, Mr. Theodore Momo said the institution will achieve the objectives of established goals while urging employees to work collectively to provide a platform of legacy for the entity.

‎The turning over ceremony was witnessed by former senior officials, workers, and the media and was held at the entity’s headquarters on the Capitol Bypass in Monrovia.
